Life isn’t meant to irritate you. Taking everything personally, creating drama over everything, being irritated by everyone …. boy oh boy, what an irritating and TOXIC way to live. Not only is it toxic, but it also prevents you from shining bright and enjoying life!! It’s hard to enjoy life and receive the many gifts it has to offer when you direct your energy toward that which drains you and drags you down. You’ll shine your brightest when you aren’t putting energy into taking things personally, creating drama, and being irritated. Your best self will rise to the surface and be expressed in a much healthier and productive manner. Everyone, including yourself, benefits from your shining bright light! Happy Shining Bright!
