“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” ~ Paulo Coelho
Melissa’s Words of Wisdom
Many people think the world is out to get them – that the world is against them. They think they are a victim of their circumstances and they are stuck in a “woe is me” pity party. The truth of the matter is, the Universe (some may prefer to use the word God) wants nothing more than for you to be a vibrant and full expression of your true self. Why on earth would the Universe (God) want to hold you back??? You have a great purpose for being on this planet and the Universe (God) conspires to put people, situations, and experiences in your pathway so that you can live out your greatest and highest good. It is up to you whether you open or close the door to those people, situations, and experiences. I say, … Universe (God) Open those doors! Happy Allowing the Universe (God) to Work its Magic!!

Interesting that you chose these words for today. I watched the movie “Hacksaw Ridge” with my son tonight, private screening & free tickets. One of the items I took from the movie is the conviction one has for what they believe in, what are we wiling to do or give up to stand behind those convictions. The conversation with my son afterwards lead to a thought “What are we willing to do today for what we want tomorrow?”.
It’s easy to be the victim and lay blame on others, when the real light needs to shone on ourselves and what we are willing to do to stand up for what we believe in or want in life.
My Action is to identify my convictions, what I’m willing to stand up for or behind, and what do I really want or desire.
My Change is to stop justifying why inactions on supporting others as they need me, and get behind/stand-up for myself.
My Teaching is to share with others as they identify their “What” and “Why”
