Melissa’s Words of Wisdom
I feel so honored and privileged because I have been led by some amazing world-class leaders and mentors. There are a handful to name, but I wanted to take a moment and highlight two of my greatest mentors and leaders, Paul Martinelli and Scott Fay. These two men truly inspire me not only to be a better leader, but also a better person. They are both great examples of true leadership as they continually strive to improve themselves personally and professionally through their every movement, act, and deed. I hope it has rubbed off on my own leadership!! Who in your life has been a true leader and mentor to you? Take time to highlight one of them. Acknowledge how their leadership has been such a great example to you and how it has positively impacted how you now lead. Happy Having Great Leaders and Mentors in Your Life!
