When you are doing what you love and are meant to do, you can’t help but get lost in it! I remember when I was teaching a coaching class for a fellow coach of mine up in Chicago for the day. I was having a blast and loving every second of it. As I left the class and headed back home, I realized I never charged the students the fee for attending the class! I had just done a 3 hour class for FREE! Actually, it cost ME because I had to drive 90 minutes there and 90 minutes back! As I headed home, I wanted to kick myself, but then I called a friend and she read this Gandhi quote to me. I thought it was absolutely perfect and it immediately changed my perception on what had just happened. How can you go the extra mile and over deliver your services today? I’m not saying to do them for free per se, but I’m encouraging you to see how you can get lost in the love of delivering them. Happy Losing Yourself in Service!
