With whom you spend your precious time and energy is extremely important because it has the potential to impact you in more ways than you may think, both for the good…and the not so good! I meet with a powerful and select group of entrepreneurs each Friday morning for two hours. In those two hours a week I get a huge boost of energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement! I leave there wanting to be a better coach, speaker, business owner, and a better ME! On the contrary, if I just spend 30 minutes with a group of negative, complaining people, I find myself getting irritated, disappointed, and looking for an exit strategy. How about you? How do the people around you impact you differently? Make a conscious choice to be around those who lift you up and energize you! Happy Being Lifted Up and Energized!
