Ahhh, passion! One of my favs!! Those who lead with passion don’t have to “try” to get followers, they just naturally draw in those who are in harmony with their passion and purpose. Passion inspires! Purpose gives life! Passion energizes and lifts us up! Purpose gives us a greater cause and reason for getting out of bed! We are just naturally drawn to those who lead with their passion and purpose. If you are seeking to lead many with your message and purpose, don’t seek to “get” more followers, but rather let your passion and purpose ooze (yes, “ooze” is a technical term) right out of you and those who are in harmony with your message will naturally and effortlessly follow you.
