Too often I see people trying to be someone they are not and that’s a miserable way to live if you ask me. Be YOURSELF… your true and authentic self! That’s the greatest gift you can give this world!! Longevity in leadership is built on many things, authenticity being at the top if the list. I fee like those who are phony wanna-be leaders are only fooling themselves. They are the ones who are truly missing out on creating something real, fulfilling, and purposeful in their lives. They are missing out on sharing their greatest gift… themselves!! Wouldn’t you agree that you are most inspired to follow those who are authentic and genuine? Choose to be authentic and genuine in your leadership and you will have the foundation for being a great leader! Happy Authentic Leadership!
