I call self-judgment the ‘death of a million paper cuts.’ You are killing yourself little by little with each thought of self-judgment. You cut yourself down, you beat yourself up, and before you know it, you actually begin to believe the lies and you shut the doors of opportunity! How about you cause an interruption in that rubbish and decide to think a bit higher and grander of yourself today?
