Well, I believe there is a much healthier and more exhilarating way to compete…compete with yourself!! Seek to crush YOUR OWN records, play YOUR best game, and show up as YOUR best self! Constantly focusing on the other person as a benchmark of your growth and success is just blocking your own creativity. e their experiences as part of your research and data collecting on how you can alter your approach. Then focus on how you can reach, stretch, grow, outdo yourself, and go where you have never gone before!! Happy Crushing Your Own Records!!
