Boy oh boy, it feels great to receive praise! And boy oh boy, it can feel terrible to receive criticism! However, some criticism has good intent and is meant to be an opportunity for you to see something about yourself that you previously weren’t seeing. It may be an opportunity for you to reach, stretch, and grow. Sometimes it can be hard to hear, and difficult to swallow, but it may just be exactly what we need to propel us to the next level. Anytime you receive criticism, stop and ask yourself, “Is there something that I can learn from this?” … “Where can I grow?” You may be pleasantly surprised by the hidden gift! Happy Criticism!
