“The past blocks the flow of life to the present. The past is dead. There is no life there, even when you dwell on a happy past. Your body wants to be alive here and now. To give it that gift, bring your awareness to the here and now.” ~ Unknown

So many times in my life I have let past hurts and struggles block me from moving forward with the energy to pursue my dreams and goals. Dwelling on the past saps energy.
I have learned to let it go and move forward and though it’s not always perfect, life is much more fulfilling and happy.
As a believer, I know that God has a plan for my life and whatever I need to go through is just “stuff” that, in the big picture, is really insignificant.
