Melissa’s Words of Wisdom

As I read this quote, I thought, “Wow, what a great mantra to say before you go to bed.” Before your head hits the pillow and you close your eyes for the night, what mantras/affirmations and prayers do you say? One of my favorite activities to do before I go to bed is to journal. I love journaling about my day and all my wonderful successes and my lessons learned. I always include statements of gratitude and statements of a willingness and openness to a new day, to new opportunities, and to new relationships. How about you? How do you end your day? What intentions are you setting for the next day…
