Stop for a moment and see the significance and power in this present moment. You will never have this exact same moment back. It truly is a once in a lifetime moment! What will you do with it? Who will you meet? Where will you go? Even though it may appear that you are experiencing the same things over and over, recognize the choice to be open to something new is always present. The choice is yours. You can open yourself up to new opportunities, new relationships, new ideas, etc. … or you can assume that you know exactly how the experience will turn out and miss out on any new gifts that always come in the present moment.
