Unfortunately, there are many people who resist change. They want to pay their dues and be done. They resist having to continually reach, stretch, and grow in life. But really, you and I are are not meant to ever stop reaching, stretching, and growing… EVER! Know that you can always learn more… ALWAYS! If you think you “know it all” then you’re missing out not only on many opportunities to live life more fully, but you are also robbing yourself of the joy of fully exercising and fulfilling your potential. Life gets really boring when you resist change and stop embracing reaching, stretching, and growing! How about you start reading a new book, find a mentor or coach you want to work with to help take you to the next level, sign up for a new fitness class, develop your hobbies and interests, grow your relationships, etc. Whatever it is, start today!
